We met and married in 1982, when at that time Darwin was working at Carolyn Mine in Hope, BC.   Within a few years we were a full family with the birth of our daughter followed soon after with the birth of our son.  In 1984, Darwin followed his previous path during spring break in his early logging days and went back into construction as a framer.   In 1986 we took a further step and began contracting our first Custom Home.   Through the years we have worked together in building hundreds of homes as well as many commercial projects, apartments, gas stations, barns and other smaller structures.   We have been so blessed to meet so many people  with whom have become friends both in the clients that have trusted us with their home or project and with the subcontractors that work so faithfully with us.    As much as the company is owned by Darwin and I, we would never be able to provide the quality without the employees, suppliers and subcontractors that work with us.   We are very thankful for each one and their faithful service along side us to provide people with quality in both materials and workmanship.

 

Darwin works hard on the site as well as from the office.  It is often said, that Darwin won't ask his guys to do anything that he isn't willing to do himself.   With the extensive experience in framing, and finishing, he has the hands on knowledge of what it takes to provide the highest quality in the construction industry.   As his wife and business partner, my place is in the office working from behind the scene.   We work well together and we are so thankful that not only can we work together as husband and wife, but that we can remain friends in marriage in and through the busyness of self employed life.    God has blessed us with our family, our business and those that we are able to serve and employee.   We will tell you when asked, that we believe God is our #1 partner in our business and marriage.
